lunch with my pops (his treat!)
finding what may be the all time perfect LBD (we’ll see when it gets here and I try it on) from Badgley Mischka (at 1/2 off!)!
Twitter being the conduit for a friend coming by with a chilled bottle of wine and time to chat
Things that made me happy today:
- thinking about last night’s text from my honey that involved a shooting star and the wish he made
- motivating to go to pilates and then enjoying enough red wine to balance out all the positive things gained from the work-out
- booking a romantic hotel room for the weekend of my best friend’s wedding in the Napa Valley

It’s been crazy hot here - crazy crazy hot. Last night I had some friends over and we fired up the grill and had the season’s first dinner outside. A friend was passing thru for the night on the way down to LA and brought the fixings for s’mores.
